As the Chief HR Officer of a high-growth startup, I led the complete design and execution of our people strategy—supporting rapid scaling, strengthening culture, and driving leadership excellence. I built the HR function from the ground up, establishing the policies, processes, and systems required to support a fast-moving and innovation-driven environment.

I oversaw talent acquisition, hiring across engineering, product, sales, and leadership teams, while creating a strong employer brand that attracted high-quality candidates. I also introduced performance management frameworks, OKR systems, and learning programs that empowered teams to grow with the company.

My role included advising the founders and executive team on organizational design, compensation strategy, succession planning, and culture-building. I implemented HR technology, set up compliance structures, created onboarding frameworks, and developed reward programs that aligned people goals with business growth.

Above all, I played a key role in shaping a collaborative, mission-driven culture that supported our scaling from early-stage to a more mature organization.
