What is crusher software?
Crusher software is a system built for the way a stone crusher actually earns money: by the tonne, at the weighbridge. Generic accounting or inventory software does not understand weighment slips, tare and gross weight, per-tonne and per-load rates, or a yard full of tippers and loaders. Crusher software does. It connects the weighbridge, sales, billing, GST, stock, diesel and vehicles, so every load is tracked from the moment it is weighed until the customer pays.

How RokMixPro works: from weighbridge to Tally
- Empty weighment. The tipper comes onto the weighbridge. RokMixPro reads the tare weight directly from the indicator and the IP camera captures a photo of the empty vehicle.
- Loading. The vehicle is loaded with the chosen material, such as M-sand, P-sand, 20 mm, 40 mm, GSB or dust.
- Loaded weighment. The gross weight is read automatically and a second photo is attached, so the net weight on the slip is backed by two pictures.
- Bill and documents. RokMixPro applies the customer’s rate, calculates GST and creates the invoice, GST e-invoice and e-way bill from the same entry.
- Stock and credit update. Stockpile balance and the customer’s outstanding are updated at once, so the sales team knows who can be supplied on credit.
- Accounts. The sale flows to Tally, and the owner sees the trip, the bill and the day’s totals on the RokMixPro mobile app.
