What makes an M-sand plant different
Running an M-sand or P-sand plant is not quite the same as running a standard aggregate crusher:
- Multiple grades from the same feed. M-sand for concrete, P-sand for plastering, plus dust and aggregates.
- High-volume, fast dispatch. Many trucks, many small loads.
- Processing costs. Extra crushing, screening and often washing, which means more power and water.
- Stockpile management. Knowing how much of each grade is ready to sell.
- Price sensitivity. Builders compare rates load by load.
